Please read these terms before registering, submitting vehicles, bidding, or arranging a transaction through our platform.

1. About Our Services

Musa Minal Motors is a Pakistan-based used-car marketplace that facilitates vehicle discovery, auction-style buying, seller listings, and related services.

The platform may provide vehicle details, inspection information, bidding functionality, and assistance connecting prospective buyers and sellers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a particular transaction, Musa Minal Motors acts as a marketplace or intermediary and is not automatically the legal owner or seller of every vehicle displayed.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Users participating in vehicle auctions or transactions must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Users agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity, inaccurate representations, or violations of these terms.

3. Vehicle Listings

Vehicle information may be provided by sellers, representatives, or inspection services.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including ownership status, mileage, registration details, known defects, and relevant documentation.

Musa Minal Motors may review, edit, reject, or remove listings that appear misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

Listing acceptance does not automatically constitute a guarantee of vehicle condition or ownership.

4. Auctions and Bidding

Registered users may participate in eligible vehicle auctions, subject to the conditions displayed for each auction.

Users must submit genuine bids and must not manipulate bidding activity.

A winning bid may be subject to reserve prices, seller acceptance, document verification, and other stated auction conditions.

In case of a material inconsistency, the specific terms disclosed for an individual auction should be reviewed together with the Auction Rules and these Terms and Conditions.

5. Vehicle Inspection and Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and independently verify their mechanical condition, ownership records, registration, and legal status before completing a purchase.

Vehicle inspection services may identify visible or testable conditions at the time of inspection.

An inspection report is not a guarantee against future mechanical failure, undiscovered defects, or subsequent changes in vehicle condition.

Buyers should seek independent professional advice when necessary.

6. Pricing and Service Charges

Our publicly advertised standard charges include:

Auction commission: PKR 15,000 from the buyer and PKR 15,000 from the seller for an applicable completed auction transaction.
Showroom vehicle inspection: PKR 2,000 per vehicle.
Showroom inventory purchase commission: 1% charged to the buyer, where applicable.

These charges are based on our published pricing and may be subject to service-specific conditions or subsequent changes.

Any applicable additional charges should be communicated before the relevant service or transaction is confirmed.

Vehicle purchase prices, transfer costs, taxes, registration fees, and other statutory charges are separate unless expressly included.

7. Payments and Ownership Transfers

Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with the agreed payment and vehicle transfer arrangements.

Vehicle ownership transfers must be completed in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws and registration requirements.

Users should verify payment instructions and recipient details before transferring funds.

Musa Minal Motors does not guarantee that a transaction is complete merely because a bid has closed or an online listing has been marked as sold.

8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the relevant service, transaction stage, applicable agreement, and legal requirements.

Vehicle sale cancellations, service fees, deposits, and commissions should be reviewed under the terms communicated for the specific transaction.

Users should contact Musa Minal Motors promptly if they wish to dispute a charge or transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Submit fake or misleading vehicle listings
Use false identities or fraudulent documents
Engage in fake bidding or bid manipulation
Misrepresent vehicle ownership or condition
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Post unlawful, abusive, or harmful material
Collect other users’ confidential information without authorization
Use the website to facilitate fraudulent or illegal transactions

Violations may result in listing removal, account restrictions, or other appropriate action.

10. Intellectual Property

Website branding, original text, design elements, and other materials belonging to Musa Minal Motors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce or commercially exploit website materials without authorization.

Users submitting vehicle photographs or descriptions confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to submit them and authorize their display for marketplace purposes.

11. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The website may contain advertisements, external links, and services provided by third parties.

Third-party products, services, websites, and offers may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Musa Minal Motors is not automatically a party to purchases made through external advertisements.

12. Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to maintain a functional and accessible website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Technical faults, network problems, or administrative corrections may affect listings or auction availability.

Auction corrections or interruptions will be handled according to the applicable Auction Rules and relevant legal obligations.

13. Limitations of Responsibility

Musa Minal Motors does not guarantee the accuracy of every seller-supplied statement, the future reliability of any vehicle, or the successful completion of every transaction.

The extent of our responsibility depends on the services we actually provide and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any non-excludable consumer protections.
